The entrepreneurship is French term which means commitment or undertaking responsibility, proposed about 200 years ago by economic scientist and overtime found its standing in different societies. To the extent that today has become a scientific subject and is taught in universities as a field of study and has graduates

An entrepreneur looks to implement his/her pure ideas and the entrepreneur  has number of positive and negative characteristics, among such financial motives, constant efforts to produce profitable products , personal interest, diligence, lack of deep understanding of social issues. Meanwhile another topic called social entrepreneurship brought about that contains deeper concepts than entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship focuses on a problem considered as society problem and differs than commercial entrepreneurship  that these entrepreneur’s focus devotes to efficiency and recursive interest but social entrepreneurs usually establish groups and non profit organizations. Therefore a social entrepreneur is an individual who recognizes a social problem and uses entrepreneurship concepts to organize, construction and management of capital to create changes and owns a set characteristics such as resolving social issues motives, innovation, much creativity, social goal regards, understanding the social issues, also so much risk taking

Social entrepreneur identifies opportunities and needs that the local government does not rectify that for any reason. Social institutes are private  establishments that solving social problem, serving those in need and the  sufferers, producing essential goods for society which are not adequately provided  by social government or private market. from another perspective, the social entrepreneurship is a process, starts with perception of social opportunity, turns into a business concept and determines and provides the resources necessary  to run a business and establishes the business and develops and reaches clear results based on the achievement to the business aims

There are multiple drivers for the process of social entrepreneurship, including environmental factors, resources access

Changes in the social entrepreneur’s environment, preparation to observe and exploit social opportunities and personality traits. If social entrepreneurship is institutionalized in a society, no doubt it performs role in solving social problems and tensions.

This type of entrepreneurship defines the benefits of social institution picturizing discipline, innovation and social dependence

Undoubtedly, with pathology and complications discernment there is the possibility to recognize the society problem and prioritizing them by using scientific methods. Prioritization should be based on measures for the benefit of the society follows Collective satisfaction. In line with social responsibilities of every individual and each society organization, for the implementation of the short term and long term goals, allocating the optimal resources to guaranteed projects or at least reduce the finance risk

Although the entrepreneurship always has been associated with risks and will be and the entrepreneurs must take the risk management into account in order to reduce the risk for the purpose of Optimal enterprise. Commonly social entrepreneurship pursues wider goals in social , environmental and cultural fields  and often connected to and cooperates with the voluntary and non profit division

Therefore in this highly competitive world, social responsibilities are a distinguishing factor leads to capturing the attention of corporations by many of people. Social entrepreneurship provides more desirable living environment for people. Among these people pursuing economic profit, there is a growing minority of social entrepreneurship focusing on resolving some of the world’s bigger problem. Utilizing the latest technologies and innovations leads them to make an impact and progress in life and preserving the environment. acquisition of money and profit is not enough, they should add values the surrounding world

In current situation of the country that economic crisis caused severe damages to the families economic structure and poor managements in some organizations, more than ever, the necessity for the social entrepreneurship  by the creative and dynamic mind, to present popular ideas and then by pathology and detection of complications   prioritize and execute the ideas and solve the problems of higher priority in the macro social dimensions. Because solving a fundamental problem results in  rectifying more minor problems
